Fun St Patrick’s Day Number Tracing Strips With a Clover Theme
Clovers are always fun for St Patrick’s Day. And these clover number tracing strips are loads of fun for kids. They are a great way to work tracing the numberical number.
You can add these to learning centers and have a fun time using them.
They have numbers from 0 to 20 for kids to trace.

The clover number tracing strips are great for later PreK and Kindergarten. You can use just the numbers you are looking for or the whole set. They are great for a St. Patricks Day theme.
It is recommend that you print the number tracing strips on cardstock and laminating them.
You can see an example of the tracing strips below. You can see the uppercase and lowercase letters on the strip with the example and the ones to trace with the clover.
Things to use with the Clover Themed Number Tracing Strips Printable
- printer
- white cardstock
- laminator – this is similar to what I use and love!
- laminating pouches
- q-tip
- dry erase markers
- rings
Ways to Use the St. Patrick’s Day Number Tracing Strips Printable
Laminate the Clover Number Tracing Strips
You can laminate the clover number tracing strips. You can print, laminate, and then cut the number tracing strips. Or you can cut, laminate, and then cut it out again.
You can see that we like to do the first with the laminate and then cut. If you do the laminate and then cut it is recommended that use scissors to cut the strips to help keep the laminate from coming apart.
Store the Clover Number Tracings Strips on Rings
After you have them laminated and cut out the clover number tracing strips, you can store them on a ring
Using Clover Number Tracing Strips in A Number Center
You can see below how you can set up the clover number tracing strips in a learning center. You can put the number strips you are working on a ring. Then give them a dry eraser marker to use with the strips. You can put all the numbers or just a few.
It is also fun to use green dry erase markers
Trace the Clover Number Tracing Strips
You then trace the numbers on the tracing strips. You use a dry eraser marker and you can use the tracing strips over and over. The tracing strips ars super fun for kids.
Cleaning Off Dry Erase Marker with Q-Tip
If you want to add a little extra writing pratice you can have kids trace with the dry erase marker and then erase the lines with a q-tip. This adds extra fine motor work for the nubmers.
