What is a CVCC Word?
CVCC words are words that have a consonant vowel and two consonants. The two consonants at the end are a consonant blend. That is two letters that make their own sounds but are together.
These are going to be words like back, jump, duck, neck, sing.

Ways to Use the CVCC Word Family Coloring Bookmarks Printable
Put the CVCC Bookmarks on a ring
You can print the CVCC Bookmarks on cardstock and put them on a ring. This allows the kids to add the bookmarks as they learn new CVCC word endings. You can see a ring of the tracing CVC picture bookmarks below.
After they get a new bookmark they can color the picture. Then trace, color or write the CVC words. It is a fun way to work on learning CVC words. But you can always change it up with the color or writing the beginning sound.
