The alphabet 10 piece puzzles have puzzles with alphabet theme. You have three types of 10 piece puzzles.
Each of the puzzles have pictures from the letters of the alphabet on the puzzles.
The puzzles are uppercase letter order puzzles, lowercase letter order puzzle and number puzzles.
These ABC puzzles build skill to work alphabetical order for kids. The letter order puzzles are great for kids in prek (ages 4 to 5) and kindergarten (ages 5 to 6).
Alphabet Uppercase Letter Order Puzzles
You have a uppercase order number puzzle. You have A to J, K to T, and Q to Z. You have pictures and letters on the puzzles that match the letters that kids are putting in order.
Alphabet Lowercase Letter Order Puzzles
You have a lowercase order number puzzle. You have a to j, k to t, and q to z. You have pictures on the puzzles that match the letters that kids are putting in order.
Alphabet Number Order Puzzles
You have an alphabet puzzle with the order the puzzle is done by numbers. You have a 1 to 10 and a 11 to 20 number puzzles. You have pictures for all the letters of the alphabet on the puzzles.

Ways to Use the ABC 10 Piece Puzzles Printable
Your are going to see a few ways that we have used these alphabet puzzles.
Preparing the Puzzles
You can print the puzzles are cardstock. Cardstock helps them stand up to being used a lot. These are great for repeated use.
You can also laminate the puzzle. You can laminate and then cut out the puzzles or cut out the puzzles and then laminate. You can do the option that words best for your laminator.
You can see below that we laminate and then cut out the puzzles.
Preparing the Puzzle Mats
The alphabet puzzles also has a puzzle building mat. These are great to give kids a space to build the puzzle. It also helps kids know how many pieces and how many pieces they have.
You want to laminate the mat. Then you use wall putty on each space on the puzzle mat. You can see below we have put two pieces of putty on each space. The putty helps the laminate puzzles stay in space. And the puzzle mats work for all the 10 piece puzzles that I make.
Building the Puzzles
After you have the puzzle prepared you can work on building the puzzles. You can do this with or without the puzzle mat. You can see below we build the puzzle without the mat.
After the puzzle is completed you can have kids point to the letters at the bottom and then find the matching picture for the letter. You could use clear gems to cover the pictures as well.
Using the Puzzle Mat with the Alphabet 10 Piece Puzzles
You can see below a simple set up for the alphabet puzzles with the puzzle mat. You can add the alphabet bookmarks to help kids know the order of the letters.
You have the puzzle mat and then the puzzle on the side.
You can see how simple it is to build the alphabet puzzle on the mat. The letter order puzzles will stay on the mat with the putty. And it is great to see the puzzle started and help kids know how many pieces of the puzzle are left.
These are great for letter order and a fun puzzle at the same time.
