Preparing the Color Bookmarks
You have 11 color bookmarks to use with kids. You can use the color you need or all the colors. You can print the cards on white cardstock to help them last longer. You can also laminate the cards. This helps them hold up over time.
Then store the bookmarks on a ring. We used the one inch rings. This helps keep them all together.
It is a suggestion when you are just starting out with colors that you only put a few colors on the ring at a time. Then add more colors we you learn them. It helps kids from being overwhelmed by all the colors at one time.
Flip through the Colors
You can see how easy it is to flip through the colors. You can do a few bookmarks or all the bookmarks. This is a simple way to work on color words.
You can see how fun it is to have the color word and the picture for kids to see in the same color.
Work on Color Words
You can have kids work on reviewing the color words. You can point to the picture and say the color and then point to the letters and spell the color words.
