It is the ability to look at a clock and tell time. There are many different types of clocks. You can tell time by an analog clock and a digital clock.

You have a game board with analog clocks on the outside with different hourly times. You have digital times in the center that for find and cover. This is another great hourly time matching game with a mix of the clocks and information.

You have two types of recording sheets to use with kids. You have the analog clock to draw the time and then the analog clock and the digital clock to record the time.

Ways to Use the Hourly Telling Time Game Printables
Here are a few ways to use the Hourly Telling Time Games.
Setting up the Telling Time Game
Here is a look at setting up the houlry telling time game. You can see the clear counters, a die, and one unifix cube. You could use anything for the game token. Seasonal erasers are also fun to use on the telling time game.
If you need a die you can get one from the number writing dice.
Also, telling time hourly bookmarks are a great help with this printable as well. They have the analog time digital time and words.

Playing the Hourly Telling Time Game
You have your place at the starting spot. You roll the die and then move that many spaces around the outside of the board.
They use the clear counter to cover the time that matches the clock on the board where they landed.

You play until you have four times in a row. There are two times that that matches for each clock on the board game.

Using Dot Markers on the Telling Time Game
You can use this as a one time telling time worksheet with kids. You can have them use dot markers or even crayons.
They can roll and move around the board and then dot the time in the center.

Print the Telling Time Games on Colored Paper
These telling time printable games can be printed on colored paper and changes up for the different seasons. You could use pink for the spring, blue for winter, green for summer and orange for the fall.
Record the Times You Land On
You can use the recording sheet with the game in a learning center. You can have kids play the game and record both types of time on the recording sheet. Both games have matching recording sheets.
