Ways to Use the Lunar New Year ABC Tracing Strips Printable
You are going to see how we prepare and use the Lunar New Year alphabet letter tracing strips.
Preparing & Laminating the Lunar New Year ABC Tracing Strips
You can prepare the Lunar New Year letter tracing strips by printing them on cardstock and then laminate the page. You can cut and then laminate the page or laminate and then cut the page. I
You can see that we laminate the page first and then cut the page out. You can use a paper cutter to help cut them out.
Storing the Lunar New Year ABC Tracing Strips
After you have the alphabet tracing strips laminated and cut out. You can punch out the circle holes and put the on a ring. You can use a 1 inch ring for all 26 letters.
Setting up a Lunar New Year ABC Letter Tracing Centers
You can also set up letter tracing centers for kids. You can give kids one letter to trace or several letters. Or challenge older kids with all the letters.
Then you give them a dry erase marker to trace the letters on each of the letter tracing strips.

Another fun idea for working on handwriting is using a q-tip to wipe off the letter tracing. This challenges their fine motor skills by holding a smaller item to wipe off the dry erase maker.
