Free Shape Bookmarks with 12 Shapes
Here is another set of fun printable bookmarks with shapes! The shape bookmarks are perfect for small hands and can be used in so many different ways. We have several ways that we will be using them. I’m excited to have them!
Bookmarks are a great addition to shape learning centers. Each bookmark has a shape and shape words to help kinds recognize both together.
The shape bookmarks are prefect for prek and kindergarten age kids.

What is a shape?
A Shape is a geometric figure such as a square, triangle, or rectangle.
Shape Bookmark Printable
The shapes in these bookmarks match up with most of the other shape printables on the site. I like having printables that I can use together.
You have four shape bookmarks on each page. These are the same size as the other bookmarks on the page. They are about 7 inches by 2 1/4 inches in size.
The shape bookmarks are great for preschool (ages 3 to 4), prek (ages 4 to 5), and kindergarten (ages 5 to 6).

Ways to Use the Shape Bookmark Printable
You will see a few ways to use the shape bookmarks for kids.
Store the Shape Bookmarks on a Ring
I have taken the bookmarks and printed them on white cardstock> and laminated them. I put ours on a 1 inch ring so we can flip through them and pull out the bookmark we want. It also makes it easy to store them.
Trace the Shapes Outline with Finger
You can trace the shapes on the bookmarks with your finger. This adds a fun sensory and fine motor activity that kids can do with the shape bookmarks.
You can talk about how many sides or the curves that the shape have.
Find Shapes on the Go
You can use the shape bookmarks to find shapes on the go. There are loads of fun shapes outside that kids can use the bookmakers to help them find.
You can point the the shape word and then the shape. Kids can then look for the shape
These are prefect for little hands so you can take learning on the go!
