Ways to Use the Winter Sports Number Tracing Strips Printable
You are going to see a few ways we prepare and use the winter spots tracing strips.
Laminate the Winter Sports Number Tracing Strips
A great way to prepare the winter sports tracing strips is by printing on white cardstock and laminating the number tracing strips. This helps them last longer and you can use dry erase markers on them.
You can laminate and then cut or cut out and laminate and cut them out after. Do what works best for your laminator.
We laminate and then cut as you can see below one of our laminated pages. we also just starting using the dry erase laminating pouches. They work great with dry erase markers and much easier to wipe off.
Store the Winter Sports Number Tracings Strips on Rings
A great way to store the winter sports numerical number strips is on a ring. You can store all 0 to 20 on one ring.
Or you could store 0 to 10 and 11 to 20 on rings. You can see below how we did the two sets of numbers on the rings. This is great way to break up and use what numbers you needs.
Using Winter Sports Number Tracing Strips in A Number Center
You can use the number tracing strips in a number learning center. You can give them all the numbers or just the number you are working on.
You can give several numbers on a ring for them to flip through and trace. Or you can start with just one number at a time.
You could do the number you are working on, numbers from a phone number and more.
Set up the learning center for what works best for who is doing the tracing. And then we add a dry erase marker for the tracing.

You can see below we we trace the numbers on the tracing strip. It is super easy to do and great for kids who are working on numbers.
we did not trace the number example but you could also trace that as well as the numbers on the trip. Or leave it as the example of how to trace the numbers.
Clean off Winter Sports Number Tracing Strips with a Q-Tip
A fun way to add more handwriting practice is to clean off the number tracing strips. You can do this by giving them a q-tip and have them trace over the numbers they just traced. It is a fun way to add more handwriting for numbers and extra fine motor practice at the same time.
A fun trip for cleaning of the number tracing strips. You can use dry erase cleaner to help get the dry erase marker off.
And for easier wiping off you can use the dry erase laminating pouches. They wipe off so much better than the normal laminating sheets.
