Ways to Use the Hanukkah Counting Mat Printable
You are going to see a few ways to use the Hanukkah counting mats with kids.
Setting Up a Hanukkah Counting Mat Center
You can see how I set up each of the mats. I used playdough, candles and dreidels.
You can give them the items to match the number on the mat or more than the number. I like give more items to older kids and same amount for younger kids.
I often laminate the pages if we are going to use them often. But if I’m out of laminating sheets or only using one time, I’ll use a sheet protector on the pages. I might also used the sheet protectors to store them in a binder. I just put all the pages in the sheet protectors so you can flip through each of the pages.
Using the Hanukkah Playdough Mats in a Learning Center
You can see how we placed the dreidels in the ten frames and the candles on the mat. We used the playdough to build the number.
