Hearts are one of my favorite parts of Valentine’s Day! You can have a lot of fun learning with them.

I am also always looking for new things to make for Valentine’s day and today we a fun free heart ABC letter cards With tracing.

I happened to find these really cute heart acrylic table scatters and I knew I had to do something with them! They are such a great hands-on item for Valentine’s Day!

Plus this is a great addition to the Valentine’s Day printables on the site!

The heart acrylic table scatters match just perfect to the hearts on the letters.

Each page has an uppercase letter and a lowercase letter with tracing below the letter. I recommend laminating the pages is you are going to use them a lot.

Things to use with the Heart ABC Letters with tracing

There are just a few of the items we use to prepare and used with the printable.

Ways to use the Heart ABC Letter pages

If you are working on both uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet together. Then laminate the pages and leave them together. It is a fun way to work on both cases of the letters. You can see we use the heart acrylic table scatters on the hearts and
dry erase markers on the tracing.

If you are just working on one letter type at a time then cut up the cards and just use the letter case you are working on.

I know loads of people don’t like to laminate everything. If you are one of them then put the page in a sheet protector if you want to reuse the page. Easy to do and loads of fun. Also if you don’t have the heart acrylic table scatters you can always use other things. We use the clear counters on the hearts.

You can also use these pages as a one-time use. They might make a great review of letters you are working on. You can get heart stickers to put on the hearts and then trace the letters with a fine line markers.

Another fun way to use these pages is with a heart punch! You can have kids punch out the hearts and then glue them on the paper. Simple and fun. I love to give them a strips of paper to punch.

Don’t forget that you could just use the dot marker on these pages! You can have them do different colors for uppercase and lowercase letters. Then use the same color for the tracing. Easy no-prep alphabet worksheets for kids.
