The free number counting ten frame mats makes learning all the concepts at the same time. It is easy to print and use the number you are working on.

They can be used a as learning mat or a one time number worksheets with ten frames.

A lot of work starts on working with numbers 1 to 20. They are some of the basic numbers you use PreK and Kindergarten. There are many different ways to work on them.

These mats put several number elements on the same page. You have tracing of the number digit and number word. You have a number playdough area. Then finally you have a ten frame to build the number.

All these elements work great to help kids learn more about numbers.

Things to use with the Number Counting Ten Frame Mats Printable

• dot marker
• dry erase markers
• playdough
• unifix cubes

Ways to Use the Number Counting Ten Frame Mat Printables

You can laminate or put it in a sheet protector. This allows you to reuse the ten frame mat over and over. You can see I have it in a sheet protector.

You can trace the numbers at the top. I like to use dry erase markers for this. You can have fun and use different colors.

You can then use playdough on the bubble number. You can do this before tracing if you want. I have having playdough as extra fine motor activity.

Then you can use unifix cubes on the ten frame. If you wanted to change this up seasonally you can use mini erasers on the ten frame.

If you just want to use the mat as a ten frame you can! Remember these mats are made to be flexible to how you want to use them.

Now if you only want to use it one time, you can color the number, trace the numbers, and dot the ten frame! Super simple and easy to do!
