What we used to make the Paper Roll Painted Spring Tree

How we made the Paper Roll Painted Spring Tree
You can see the steps below we used to make a paper roll painted spring tree.
Paint the Trunk of the Tree
You start by using the watercolor brown color and painting the trunk of the tree. Your trunk can be any size you want it to be. It can be big or small. You can let kids decide how big they want to paint the trunk.

Paint the Branches of the Tree
Next paint the branches on the tree. You don’t need a lot of branches, but a few to help show the shape of the tree might show through on some of the paper roll painting.

If you would like to skip the two steps above, you can find a tree to use in the Spring Dot Marker printables. Be sure to print on cardstock for a thicker paper.
Put Paint on a Paper Plate
You can see use used a paper plate for the paint and put them close together. You can pour the paints close because it is okay if the paint mixes.

Stamp Pink Paint on the Tree
Next is the fun part painting part. You can start with pink first. It will give a good set of color for the white you use late to mix with. We did one color at a time to start.
Remember, kids can paint as little or as much with each of the paints they want.

Stamp White Paint on the Tree
Next, we used the white on the tree of mix in with the pink on the tree.
You can see who the white starts to mix into pink on the tree.

Stamp as much as you for for the Blossoms
Finally, keep painting if you want or stop when you want. Let kids decide how much they paint. And if they paint just pink or white it is still a fun painting project.
And you can see how fun it is to see the colors mix on the tree.
