Today I have a fun color the sight word and find the sight word printable. This works on seeing the sight word, recognizing the sight word and then finding the sight word.

Plus, this activity requires no writing to do this sight word activity, and I’ve had more requests for activities that work on finding the sight words.

You can color the word and the find the word. It is a great way to see and find the word mixed in with other words.

One of my favorite parts is that this is a coloring and fine motor activity. You can color the word and then dot the sight words around it. This works on visual scanning and seeing the difference between each of the words. It is a great learning skill for kids to have.

You can have them do matching colors. So the color the sight word in green and then find the sight word with a green dot marker.

Color the Sight Word with Crayons and Color the Sight Word Find

You can also have them use crayons to color the sight word and find the sight word. They can be creative with what colors they use. And this is great for fine motor skills as well.

Reuse the Color the Sight Word & Find the Sight Word

If you want to reuse, this sight word find printables, put the sight word find printable in a sheet protector and then have them trace inside the letters with a dry eraser marker and use clear counters to find the words.
